This therapeutic massage uses a variety of different massage techniques from a light to moderate to firm pressure that works on your specific needs. This treatment helps soften muscle tissues, release tension and “knots” which promotes relaxation and enables you to unwind from everyday stressors.

Stretch Therapy: 30 mins. $75  /  45 mins. $105  /  60 mins. $125  /  75 mins. $155

Assisted stretch is a great way to improve posture and circulation, enhance flexibility and increase range of motion. It incorporates active range of motion, passive stretch, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF). You will need to wear comfortable work-out clothes during this treatment. Sessions are either on floor mats or massage table depending on your therapist. Communication is key in these stretch sessions.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage: 60 mins. $155 / 75 mins. $180 /  90 mins. $205 

The lymphatic system is an important part of our immune system, helping to protect against infections and balancing fluids in our bodies. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) helps move lymphatic fluid using slow, rhythmic, light-pressured, one-directional hand strokes. It takes a specific touch and approach to reset the fluid balance. MLD is helpful after surgery and to alleviate lymphedema, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic venous insufficiency and fibromyalgia.

Pregnancy Massage: 45 mins. $105 /  60 mins. $125  /  75 mins. $155

Swedish massage is the preferred massage technique for prenatal clients. It addresses many common discomforts associated with skeletal and circulatory changes from hormonal shifts during pregnancy. At Medicinal Skin, we are certified and educated in pre- and post-natal massage.

Postpartum Massage: 45 mins. $105 / 60 mins. $125  /  75 mins. $155

Massage is known for stress reduction, relaxation, pain relief and more. Postpartum massage can help in recovery from giving birth or a C-section, regulate sleep and improve breast-feeding.
